I had dinner with a friend today at Coya Mayfair. It’s an upscale Peruvian restaurant near Buckingham Palace. We shared four dishes. They were all delicious.
Atun Chifa (Yellowfin tuna, soy, sesame seeds, rice cracker)

Croquetas de Lubina (Chilean sea bass croquettes, red chili)

Beef Anticuchos (Marinated skewers fired on a charcoal grill).

Seabass Cazuela (Iron pots).
