Before leaving Aguas Calientes, we decided to try some local food and my sister found this restaurant called Indio Feliz on TripAdvisor that had great reviews.
The interior of the restaurant was uniquely decorated with tons of business cards.

And the food was great.
We were told this was purple corn juice. It was delicious.
