I spent last night in Dinan. It is a medieval town in France founded in the 11th century known for its picturesque old town with cobbled streets.
When I checked in last night, I asked the landlady about the gas situation and learned that there was a shortage of gasoline due to a strike at France’s petroleum company Total Energies. So I asked her to show me where I could find a gas station that actually had gas. That was a relief, at least until the next time I run out of gas.
I was up very early in the morning and did a quick walking tour in town.



The streets were very quiet in the early hours.
