Seceda is a mountain located in the Puez Odle Park in Val Park and has one of the most iconic viewpoints of the Dolomites. The easiest way to visit Seceda is by taking the gondola from Ortisei.
Again, amazing views on the gondola ride up.
The view on the top was even more stunning no matter which direction I was facing. The jagged and slanting pinnacles, the lush meadow, the enchanting forests, the wildflowers, everything was so beautiful. Even better, there is no need to hike to enjoy the view even though there are many trails across the valley. Instead of doing another long hike, I followed the ridge line to the viewpoint and a little bit beyond that and turned around. I felt like I was in paradise the whole time.
