Geiranger is a small village in western Norway, located at the head of the Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in Norway.
In the morning we did the nearby Geiranger Waterfall Walk.
We took the free excursion offered by the cruise ship in the afternoon to some viewpoints. Unfortunately, it was extremely foggy most of the time and we couldn’t see anything through the dense fog. We only saw glimpses of Djupvatn Lake when the fog temporarily cleared a little.
