Flam is a small village located in southwestern Norway with a population of around 350 people. It’s at the innermost part of the Aurlandsfjord, a branch of the Sognefjord which is the longest and deepest fjord in Norway.
Sailing towards Flam was very scenic.

We took the free excursion for some stunning views of the fjord.

We then visited the town of Aurland.

There were great views of the fjord from Aurland too.

After the tour ended, we still had some time left. So I went on a short hike to see the waterfall Brekkefossen.

And wandered around the cruise port to take in the scenery after the hike.

We enjoyed more views of the fjord as we left Flam.
